ShiftMiyo Pro

Make your working hours visible.

ShiftMiyo Pro is an iPhone and iPad app for recording shifts and breaks, reviewing work history, and estimating pay. Manage multiple workplaces, summarize date ranges, export CSV or PDF, and use location-based recording when needed. Amounts shown are estimates based on your settings.

ShiftMiyo Pro brings shift and break tracking, work history, and estimated pay together in one app. Key features: • Add multiple workplaces and quickly record clock-ins, clock-outs, and breaks • View work history as a list or calendar, and edit times, breaks, and notes • Set pay rules for hourly rates, time bands, weekdays, holidays, overtime, and rounding • Summarize hours worked and estimated pay for today, this week, this month, a pay period, or a custom range • Export a date range as CSV, text, JSON, or PDF • Review, restore, or delete versioned backups • Add entries to Apple Calendar with no sync, confirmation each time, or automatic sync • Get clock-in and break reminder notifications • Ask KX3 AI to summarize work data, answer questions, or suggest record changes • Apple Foundation Models may also be available on supported devices running iOS 26 or later • Optionally record clock-in and clock-out when arriving at or leaving a workplace Work data, pay rules, settings, and conversation history are stored in the app. There is no analytics or advertising pipeline that sends work data or location to the developer's servers. You can review and change how work data is shared with AI in the app. Apple Foundation Models run on supported devices. Location and calendar permissions are requested only when you use the related features. For automatic location-based recording, workplace coordinates and radius are stored on your device; the app does not create a movement history. Pay amounts are estimates based on rules you configure. They are not a payslip, a legal wage determination, or a guarantee of your employer's time records.
