Personal boards stay on your device. Only when you choose Group Sharing are selected events and shared-board handwriting synchronized.
Calendar access and shared events
CalenCanvs reads only the calendars you select through Apple EventKit. It does not edit or delete your usual calendar events. Event titles on personal boards stay on your device. For events you choose to share through Group Sharing, event details such as the title and time are sent to Supabase to sync the shared board. Event descriptions and locations are not included in shared event data.
Personal and shared boards
Personal-board handwriting, stamps and display settings are stored on your device. A board using Group Sharing stores member display names and colors, selected events, handwriting strokes and stamps on Supabase so approved members can sync them. Sign in with Apple is required only for Group Sharing. Invited members can access that group board.
Subscriptions and stopping sharing
Group Sharing is paid. One active subscription from the owner covers one shared board for up to six people. When the subscription ends, shared viewing, editing, calendar sharing and sync stop. Saved shared data is not deleted just because the subscription ends and becomes available again after renewal. Personal boards remain free.
Diagnostics and usage data
The app may send limited information needed to understand feature use and diagnose issues, such as app and OS versions, device category, language, screen, processing results and error codes. These diagnostic events do not include calendar event titles, handwriting content, invitation codes, names or Apple identity credentials. The app does not use advertising SDKs or ad tracking.
Deleting data
Deleting the app removes local app data. Use the relevant in-app deletion action to delete a shared board or account. You must separately manage exported files and device backups.
Support website and inquiries
This website is delivered through GPT.site (Sites). The hosting provider may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the service. If you email support, your sender email address and message are used to respond to your inquiry. You do not need to send calendar events or drawings.

This page will be updated if app features or data practices change. Significant changes will be explained in the app or on the support website.
